These people will not stop harassing you if you are over 18 and don't have a macys card. They will seek you out and are pretty rude about it.
Customer service including the store manager are totally unprofessional and rude!!!!!! This location University Heights is the worse Macys Ive ever dealt with!!!! And the fact the store manager doesn't care about your bad experience, is very sad!!

Stand Mixer with Glass Bowl & Flex Edge Beater since 11/22/2017. it shows available in store and en line. when i called they were impolite . and representative told me he has to end the call, the item will be shipped when we get from the vendors" 01/16/2018. i checked en line it was available for pick up at the store.
